I will often suggest ideas and will even cc the team into some of these emails. Some time will pass and I hear nothing back and then my manager suddenly has these great ideas that he's thought of and relays it BACK TO ME and the team. I've called him out before and he claims he's forgotten and didnt realise, I gave the benefit of the doubt but its happened 6-7 times now.

I've suggested ideas which make big changes to the way we work and improve our practices. 3 months ago I begun implementing my projects outside of work and will post them publically but realistically how should I handle this situation? Why is it so hard to give some credit?
