Is it possible to apply for graduate schemes when I graduated a decade ago?

Post Body

I graduated almost 10 years ago, and was considering the best way to change careers without leaving my job as I need the income. Graduate schemes seem to not explicitly say the applicant needed to graduate recently, and I do have a degree. Has anyone here changed careers this way? Or does anyone here have general advice on career changes and how to do it?
