Ways to manipulate the Euro Quantitative easing

So as the ECB has said that they are going to dosome quantative easing, this should rise the value of the pound relative to the Euro. Now, I'm planning on taking a trip to Germany in summer. Is there anyway I can maximise my savings.
For one, I'm thinking of flying - is it possible anywhere to buy a plane ticket in euros?
