Stat/CS major
Post Body

I just admitted to a stat/cs major under the LSA campus. How does it really compares to CS under the engineering department? (except for the GEs and the classes) I heard from some tech-guys that stat is actually useful in the future when you are working with data mining. Is there any major downfall for me taking this major instead a CS under the engineering? Appreciate for any suggestion or comment. Cheers!
