Gsu GPA vs UGA GPA

Are the GPAs calculated differently? I’m transferring in as a Junior in Fall 2023 from Georgia State and when I applied to UGA, I had a 3.38 (3.35 HOPE) on my transcript. I just checked Athena the other day and it said I have a 3.28? I haven’t sent my final transcript yet. Will this change or is my GPA actually this low? I got it back up to a 3.41 at the end of spring this semester and just want to see where I stand. So how do I know what my real GPA is?
