There are lots of rumors about certain policies & procedures @ UGA. This thread is for anyone who wants to ask if what they heard is actually true.

For example, many students believe that their registration date is assigned based on when they meet with their academic advisor. FALSE. UGA assigns registration time tickets based on a student's hours toward graduation. You can find your number in your Degreeworks audit. The hours toward graduation is the 2nd number on your audit and only includes courses that have grades posted.
