https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vfEoy7t3rFU As you can see it appears an asterisk or spiky ball shaped object remains stationary in the sky while onlookers observe and record with their cellular phones. The object appears to possibly rotate or mutate and looks like it has some type of "eye stalk" located in "the middle". It appears the location is a distribution center of some sort located in a desert environment. The weather is cloudy and windy. The language is all in Spanish. If someone can translate what they're saying that would be fantastic. It certainly looks bizarre and weird to me. Could it be a hoax? It looks like there are at least 3 cameras going but this is the only video I could find, and it would appear that the view count is quite low. edit: identified as one of these https://imgur.com/a/p48Pb11
