This was from June 20th at 12:49 AM, in Maine. I was outside enjoying the warm weather, getting a joint ready, and I see what looks like a meteor falling from the east seemingly in my direction. (Kind of like what you'd see in a video of a meteor falling in a populated area.) But then it just stops and starts bobbing around. I watched the light for a minute or two before I thought "Hey, I should see if I can get a decent recording of this". I got bored of recording quite quickly cause it looked like my camera wasn't getting anything. The lights ended up remaining for about 20 minutes moving in relatively the same patterns until it started moving up and down in the same place the minute before it just plainly disappeared.
It originally came out as a relatively indiscernible white flashing light and not much more, I hadn't even noticed the second set of lights remaining stationary. I didn't want to edit to much, so I only zoomed in a bit.
Edit: Clear night. Lights are about a mile away. Left light remains horizontal to the ground in a fixed position. Heavily wooded area, so I hope no retards are parachuting.
