Decided to come to this subreddit as most people I know and have talked to about it immediately shoot it down as they don't believe in the existence of other life. It last August on the 13th about 8:30 EST and I was outside shooting hoops with my younger brother. I reached down to grab the ball and as I stood back up I saw this glowing orb. It continuously flashed red, blue, green for a few seconds until it uncharacteristically moved fast towards the east. I immediately asked my brother if he saw the same thing I just saw and he agreed giving the same exact description that I saw. It flew a lot lower down than a normal aircraft.

About a week later around the 21st I witnessed the same orb again, around 9 PM this time, only this time farther east above the treeline near the woods by my house. It stayed stationary most of the time other than the occasional movement it would make towards the northeast. It remained there even after I went to bed at 1 in the morning because I was tired. Woke up the next day and it was gone and I never saw anything of the sorts again.

Now I'm curious if anyone has experienced or heard anything like this. I also want to note that I never heard it make any noises. It was completely silent.
