If they are as intelligent as we suspect them to be, why dont they go straight to the top, and stop messing ordinary joe's life up? Surely they know who runs things on this rock, and who could actually make a difference? -No offence to farmers intended.
Maybe they don’t see our social structure and hierarchies the way we do. We’re as strange and alien to them as they are to us. Maybe they are more insect like in their social structure and have a hive mind mentality and they are just taking random pokes into our hives hoping they hit the right nail on the head.
Those that have communicated with authority figures could have done so only because they were brought together, not because of actual NHI intent.
The situation is likely way more complicated and nuanced to a depth we don’t understand at all. Like a pet trying to understand us and what we do.
I’m not saying we’re pets mind you.
