What type of tactics is everyone running?

Im currently running a 4231
I have 1 fullback moving up and the other dropping to defense when the other moves to attack. Two dms, one to support attack, ball win and one to hold position. A cam to make runs into the half space and attack. One winger goes wide and the other is an inside forward making runs. Striker stays up top waiting for the switch in play. Unfortunately im not too great at the game but learning.
