tl;dr financial aid coming late, need to set up billing plan with billing office, billing office lines closed until further notice. i e-mailed what now?

Looking for advice on what to do now. As in my tl;dr my financial aid is still processing and therefore it hasn't shown up in my barc yet. I called the financil aid office and they recommended while that's processing I call the billing office in order to set up a payment plan so that it's possible while I was for that to happen, problem is the billing office lines are down so I e-mailed them, but as with e-mails I don't expect a response to arrive anytime soon and the late date is tomorrow.

Any advice?
