Getting an F or P/NP in a class?

There are only 2 weeks left in the quarter, and I'm most likely going to fail my math class. In other words, I'm probably going to get an F. Am I allowed to still P/NP it? If I can P/NP it, should I do it? I'm not sure what the risks are between P/NP and getting an F. Also I'm a stats and data science major, so i need this class.
