Has anyone else received an email about loan adjustment and change in financial aid?

I got an email saying that they are taking back loan funds that were previously distributed and that the “negative disbursement amounts listed above may result in a bill and/or some of your charges to no longer be paid by your loan funds”. And that I’m now responsible for paying these charges? Does anyone know why this happened and if I really will have to pay these amounts??
