freaking out abt balance

so i know im like the 1000000th post abt triton pay but for the longest time like since the bill came out my balance has been at $0 and i dont really understand the bill but looking abt my balance and then my awards i was like okay im pretty sure its right i dont have to pay but now im super confused cuz it just shot up yo $9k and i already told my parents the bill was $0 so did i read it wrong from the start like can someone explain if thats what i actually owe
