I am currently waitlisted for CSE 29 A54 (10th in waitlist). CSE 29 A50 is open for enrollment (lab time 8:00 - 9:50 am) and A51 only has 1 person on the waitlist (lab time 10:00-11:50) however I cannot switch to either of those classes due to schedule conflict with CSE 21 (lecture 9:30-10:50). I have to take these 2 classes my first quarter to take other CS classes next quarter but the waitlists are in my way. I am in trouble and I need advice/help. The other section in CSE 29 course also has a time conflict with CSE 21. This means that there are no more available sections where CSE 29 and CSE 21 has a separate schedule because CSE 21 only has 1 section. I am afraid that if I am unable to take these two courses together, I might have to graduate 1 - 2 quarter later than expected, which would be undesired on my part. Can I ask for any help/advice or if anyone ever had this experience? What do students usually do here when they experience this?
