Updated dining plan bug on financial aid

About a week ago i decided to change my dining plan to a cheaper option to help with the costs of my tuition and around an hour ago today i decided to see if these changes have taken effect. I’m not too sure if there’s currently a bug or an issue going when you change your dining plan but when looking at my bill it’s currently making me pay 3x the amount i was originally charged with. When I see a huge number like that I’m not too sure what I’m supposed to do and it makes me start to panic, I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and what the possible steps I should take to resolve this issue are ?
