parent plus loan missing?

hey, is anyone else having problems with their parent plus loan not showing up at all in the fin aid tool or tritonpay? i double-checked my parent’s loan application as well as their MPN on the student aid gov. website and found no mistakes, but for some reason ucsd seems to not have been notified or sent the funds. i’ve already contacted fin aid but, unsurprisingly, radio silence. please let me know if you have any tips!
