Financial Aid Questions Regarding Grants and the Financial Aid Document Submission Tool

Hello!

I have a few questions regarding Financial aid and grants.

First of all, are the grants mentioned on the grants page such as the Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) or the Grant-In-Aid (GIA) part of the Fall 2024 Financial Aid Disbursements that's on September 17?

And second, I just realized that I had to submit Citizenship Documents via the Financial Aid Document Submission Tool so I've only just did it know. I didn't receive any emails from the UCSD Financial Aid about this. Will this hinder my financial aid and grants in any way?
