what's the course load of the first year seminar classes? (the ones that are numbered 87)

they're only one credit so i wouldn't expect them to be nearly as much work as your typical 4 credit class, and i don't see any scheduled midterms or exams, so is it just discussion and in class stuff? or like what's the out of class weekly commitment time if anyone knows?
