Please don't choose neither agree nor disagree on TA evaluations

It's that time of the year again. While recommending your TA, if possible, please don't choose neither agree nor disagree as that affects our reviews.
Eg: 10 reviews with 5 agree, 2 disagree and 3 neither agree nor disagree gives us 50% rating as neither agree nor disagree counts as disagree
So, kindly only choose disagree/neither agree nor disagree if your TA did a horrible job. In case you've already submitted it, you are allowed to submit a new evaluation that will override your last evaluation
