Admitted to UCSC but have a few questions
Post Body

The first thing I noticed is that I didn't seem to get into the Honors Program. I have a 4.4 GPA, is that not good enough now? Also, is the Honors Program worth it? I'm just worried because the school seems so big and honors programs make schools smaller. I only really see stuff about priority enrollment in classes which isn't a big deal for me, it's mainly just the size of the school.

I was also admitted into the Computer Science program and I was wondering what that was like for CS Majors. Is it super stressful and too much work? Also, if I did the spring start to Honors Program, would that even be possible to maintain the GPA needed?

What's the culture like? I'm pretty introverted so I'm worried about being super overwhelmed or not finding my place.

Any other advice? I'm sure I have a few more questions but I'm not sure what they are atm. Maybe if you have something to share I would appreciate it.

Thanks. This year has just been so stressful.
