About a month and a half ago I posted this: “Will I ever be able to get to Storrs
Hi I'm currently looking at colleges and I want to get my masters in electrical engineering. So I applied to Uconn but I got into their Waterberry campus. But my real question is will it eventuallybe possible for me to transfer to Storrs and how much of a risk is it?
Gpa: 3.3.
SAT: 1010.
Math credits: 7.
English: 4.
Science: 4.
History: 4.
Really good college essay.
No foreign language credits or AP (yeah I know I really messed up).
P.S. I've done the exploring engineering program.”
And I got a lot of great responses that were very helpful but I do have some follow up questions. For example I have done a bit of research and it says that I need a 2.7 gpa for Storrs and a 3.0 for electrical engineering. But is that it do I need an essay or a letter of recommendation or do I just transfer in with grades alone? Also when do I submit my transfer can I do it at the end of my freshman year or do I have to wait until the end of my sophomore year. Finally if I do meet all the requirements is it a 100% chance of me getting in because I’m already accepted to a UConn campus or what? Thank you for any assistance.
