Classes just for Units?

Hi! I found out that I am very close to finishing the requirements for my school, but I still am short several units to satisfy the 180 requirement.

Does it mean that I can just take any other classes to fulfill the 180 units? What classes would y’all recommend that I take? I’d like to find some that are not too difficult, with interesting content that I could casually bring up in conversation. Definitely planning on picking up a language, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to start a new language course in Winter..?
