Best place to sell services?

I am a guy who kinda builds a lot of connections very easily so I know a bunch of people who have random skills in different professions - building websites, marketing on social media, making ats-friendly professional resumes etc.
I was thinking about marketing their services here in the gulf cause I see a ton of need for it - Do you guys know the best place to post about such services?
I heard people say LinkedIn and Dubizzle a lot. Opensooq a lot too.
