Seeking C&C on my big gun!

Hi!
I've attached my casino cannon, and I need some help on colors/ideas to develop the purple on my barrel. I know it needs some Pallid Wytch Flesh glaze and dry brushing, but unsure of what other colors/techniques to bring in here.
