Hey Folks!
Heres my Synaptic Nexus list:
HQ: Deathleaper Neurotyrant Winged Tyranid Prime
Battleline: Gargoyles x10
Other Datasheets: Biovore x1 Neurolictor Neurolictor Screamer Killer Screamer Killer Screamer Killer Tyranid Warriors with Melee Bio Weapons x6 Tyrannoxfex Von Ryan's Leapers x6
I'd like your opinions on my 1500 point synaptic nexus list. I made it geared towards my friend who plays orks and typically brings 2-3 squads of boyz, 2 deff dreads, 1-2 units of deff koptas, Gaz mega nobz, some Gretchen and their ranged ballista thing. I know he had a bunch of new minis arrive so I think he has the beast snaggas box set plus the set with the stompa in it.
I don't know what to expect but I think I made a neat list. The intent is to force as many Battle shocks as possible through my screamer killers ranged attack in the shooting phase, my neurolictors in the command phase and more battleshocks whole in proximity to Deathleaper.
I plan on keeping my warriors & prime in reserve with the chance of adding one screamer Killer to reserves. The leapers are meant to counter the boyz who typically cause problems for me.
He has the HQ who teleports so I think they will cause problems if hes in the battle.
My main concern with my list is OC. I'm not sure I'll be able to content objectives successfully unless my gargoyles or warriors are around. What do you think... Should I swap out a neurolictor for a unit of gargoyles? I could also remove a screamer killer for gargoyles and other stuff but I really like the idea of running three.
Let me know what you think!
