why do my two CGMs show such different readings

so today is my sensor changing day and i have my old sensor on my right arm and the new one on my left arm. they're both at the same site where i usually place them, on the tricep.
for the same timing, my old one shows im at 160 but the new one shows 280. why is there such a big difference?? wtf is going on.
