How do you guys say to people you are mid hypo and can’t answer them properly atm without making it sound like you’re dying ?

As we know. Lots of people don’t know about or understand T1D
At work someone was asking me a bunch of questions but I was at 2.8 (mmol) and couldn’t really think straight.
I thought of “I’m having a medical emergency right now” but that sounds a bit much? Slightly accurate?
My colleagues understand but I deal with customers in person so 🤷♂️
Anyways I’m interested in how you guys deal with this situation
