Lower belly fat pocket

Does anyone else have a lower belly pocket of fat? Even when I was at a healthy/skinnier weight my stomach has been almost divided in two since I got type 1 at age 7. Iโ€™ve never seen anyone else with the same stomach as me and itโ€™s always been a massive insecurity. From my belly button down the whole stomach juts out and separates from the upper half. Iโ€™ve been told it could be something to do with insulin making me put on fat in that area. It is not lumps from injections as I inject in my thighs. Happy to upload a photo if anyone needs more background. Maybe it has nothing to do with diabetes but not sure why my weight distributes in this way. Any information is appreciated!

Yes bloating! But it looks weird cause it's not my whole stomach just the bottom part lol.

Will the workouts still help if I haven't had a pregnancy? I wasn't actually pregnant, just if it was one stomach I would have appeared pregnant. I was just fat.

I have it too! I always had a small tummy and a punch starting right above my belly button. When I gained weight it got worse, but it prevented me from looking pregnant because it was like two separated pieces of fat ๐Ÿ˜‚. My stomach is flat now but I get it when I'm full.
