Do you always need to orgasm when you have sex? Are other women satisfied having sex without an orgasm?

I used to have strong orgasms every time my boyfriend and I had sex but it's so much more difficult to reach orgasm now that I'm on anti depressants. I don't really care because I just love being intimate with my boyfriend in general and he hits my gspot while we do it so overall I'm still very satisfied. Wondering if other women feel the same?

Depends. If the other person has no focus on ā€œthe experienceā€ and itā€™s just strictly to get off, then Iā€™ll be really annoyed if I donā€™t also get off. However, thereā€™s definitely been very intimate loving moments w people I care about where for whatever reason I didnā€™t get off, they did, and we finished and it didnā€™t bother me one bit. Still enjoyed connecting! But my brain was more than likely pre-occupied and not in the moment. Which isnā€™t their problem, but mine.
