For about 3 years I have been getting my birth control through the online service The Pill Club. The messaged us about 5 months ago to inform their customers that they would no longer be a service and if we wanted we could transfer our accounts to Nurx. I opted to do so as this is how I received my birth control. I logged in, and it said my account and prescription were transferred.
About a month ago (June 30) I hopped on Nurx to change my address and see when my refill was coming as I only had a month left of my 3 month supply from the Pill Club. My account said that there was no upcoming refill, so I requested one. I messaged their online chat and said my issues and they said I was okay and that my prescription had been transferred.
A couple weeks later (amongst all the chaos of moving house), I realized I still didn’t know when my birth control was coming. I logged in to my Nurx account and it said no upcoming refill, I clicked this and it took me to an online health questionnaire basically asking what birth control I take and my medical history. At the end it said that my questionnaire would be reviewed by a practitioner and then my birth control would be shipped within 48 hours of the review being complete. That was a week ago and I haven’t heard anything.
I have emailed 5 times, messaged their online chat dozens of times, and have currently been on hold for 45 minutes with no response. I am on my last week of birth control. Last time I missed just 3 days I had my period for 12 days (usually mine only last 4).
What can/should I do?
Disclaimer: I am not sexually active currently. My birth control keeps my periods lighter/shorter and help with my cramps and acne.
