Winter is coming. This is when I hibernate. lol. One of our friends hosts story telling about women every weekend for kids at their club house. It's coming to an end. She now wants to host movies related to women, the struggle and also feel good movies. She has received beautiful suggestions from other friends from different cultural background. I wanted to make a suggestion or two with Indian women protagonists.

I know Malayalam and Bengali movies have strong female characters. I dont really watch a lot of movies so any help is greatly appreciated. Please recommend me all movies related to women that touched you or was thought provoking.

I love Dil dhadakne do. But is too elite and does not really touch a lot issues

Feel good movies in my current list : Queen, Dangal. I also loved the storyline of aank ki saandh. Somehow the acting did not come through.
