I (22m) am the assistant manager for a hospital print shop. I don't work directly for the hospital, I'm employed by a large corp. and contracted out to them.
I just watched an ops manager (mid 60s, M) for the hospital walk in and sidle up next to my employee (42F) asking her about an order, and then proceed to tap her on the arm and back and side more than once. She was clearly uncomfortable and had mentioned something similar about someone a week or so ago, but didn't tell me who it was. I stared him down until he left and spoke to my boss after checking in with my employee, and we passed it up the chain to national management, but I don't know if it'll actually go anywhere. He came back and I stood near her so he couldn't get close, but when I spoke to her after the first time she said something along the lines of not wanting to get the guy in trouble - then mentioned it had been going on the entire time she's been with the company.
FIVE YEARS. I wish there was more I could do but apart from continuing the conversation my part more or less ends there. The guy was on her like I would be with my girlfriend of 3 1/2 years. Idk how people can be this fucking gross man.
