Having read a few articles regarding the case, I was made to believe that the worldwide attack on Amber Heard is merely not coincidental and appears to be bought and paid for by Johnny Depp himself. The people who work for him know exactly how to bring a woman down.

The first way is through devaluation of the woman's suffering. Her experiences are always made to be less than the experiences of the man. The man is always put on a pedestal and is portrayed as a Jesus-Christ figure who has always gone through more suffering than the woman has. As a result, the abuse that the woman has gone through is deemed 'miniscule' and 'unworthy of recognition'.

The second way is through involving usually normal bodily functions and making them seem abnormal and disgusting when attached to a woman. Yes, I am talking about the turd thing. I was made aware that she didn't actually do what people think she did, yet I believe this serves a purpose in destroying Amber Heard entirely as a human being.

The third way is through altering the public's perception which Johnny Depp has apparently been involved in, such as hiring people to sway the public opinion on Amber through social media and etc.

In conclusion, I don't hate Amber nor do I hate Johnny Depp - I believe they're both guilty but what I will say is that this case clearly shows how in an abusive situation like this the woman is always the one who is more hated while the man is elevated to Saint-like levels, despite him being at fault too. This is exactly the reason why I will not stand for Amber to be completely destroyed, especially in such a fashion because I know that if that were to happen, the way men treat women will become worse not just for Amber but for other women on a global scale as well.

I have a feeling that this case will be taken advantage of by other male individuals and even the little rights that we have as women will be taken away. Don't let that happen!

Instead, understand that both sides were guilty - they were both abusive to one another.

With that being said - don't take sides and move on with your life.
