A day or two of spotting. had lower right deep pelvic area for over a year, it’s one spot and occasionally feels like someone is grabbing my right ovary in their first and squeezing soooo hard I hunch over or get mad and moody from pain, it happens with period and ovulation some months worse than others some months drop me down. I have ignored the pain I just learned to live with it and now it’s bothersome to me and interferes mostly causing anxiety and the physical pain. Some days I’ll feel good and not have that pain but I’m sure the pain has been over a year. Any idea what could cause pain like that? No family history of anything.
