I got my period last December before i travelled for the holiday. My period for a year has been 100% on point with predictions sometimes being just one day off. This month, I’m now 3 days late. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I don’t feel any type of symptoms or anything however my bf and I do use the ovulation tracking method for birth control so I understand there is a chance and we’re now gonna be more careful.
My question is: last month I travelled back home across one time zone. I was home for a week, I did not work out at all (normally I do weight lifting) AND was highly stressed because I left my dog with someone who proved to not be trustworthy. I had multiple panic attacks being home and felt like I just was incredibly stressed out.
My eating habits and exercises habits were completely off for a week on top of the stress. Does all of this added together delay a period? Help!
