I kinda just need to vent. it's a doosie

I made a post on Facebook about how this guy who I went to high school with and "hung out" with for a bit a few years ago was running for mayor, I said he is an alcoholic who gets black out drunk everh night and lies about getting roofied when he gets too drunk (apparently hes been roofied 12 times in the last 5 years according to him) and has multiple anxiety attacks a day. He also told me after I showed him the pictures of when my ex threw me into walls and pushed me into broken glass. since this guy knew my ex, he said I probably just did it to myself for attention. that was the extent of the OP

After I made the post 14 different women texted or messaged me and said he has groped them and slapped their butts, sometimes really hard, and they didnt welcome that behavior.

one young woman shared my post and told her story how this guy took her into the woods and got on top of her multiple times. she tagged me in that post. which is how this stranger started contacting me

the stranger told me that those arent sexual assaults and I need to stop "r*ping his reputation with lies" when I told her other women have come forward and said they have been sexually harassed and assaulted by this guy. the stranger said all those other girls are lying and just want attention. she started bringing up my ex (who idk if she even knows) and said I did it all to myself and I'm an attention seeker and kept asking why this guy was linked to my ex. he was linked because he sided with my abuser after seeing the pictures of me bloody and bruised head to toe and videos of the blood that was all over the house. He still drinks with my ex every day. and hes running for local public office. that means this stuff is important.

I later got a screenshot from a friend of this stranger saying I harrassed, broke into my old neighbors house and maced them both. which didnt happen, I was in a wheelchair and quarentined during the spring, because of my lupus. so she is literally spreading lies.

then the guys mom messaged me last night and started talking about how I was the favorite girlfriend he even had her meet (we never dated and we were definitely not exclusive when I was hanging out with him, and I told him that like every time because he would say we were soulmates and that made me uncomfortable so I'd stop hanging out with him. she said she was disappointed that I would spread such hate openly without feeling anything, she belittled me when I said he knows nothing about politics or economics and has openly said he hasnt read a book since 10th grade. she said BLM is more important than economics and I'm a selfish person for thinking of money instead of people -_-. I screenshoted the texts I got from the other women and she told me I need to start watching more mr. Rogers and then she blocked me.

when I made that post and then chose to make it public, I didnt think anyone would read it. now it's gotten almost 20 shares and lots of people have commented, shared, and messaged me with support, but I was bombarded with ignorance and hate last night for basically stating the obvious. I hate how much it hurts my feelings when people do this kind of stuff. I wish I was stronger and could just ignore it.
