Is this a thing now? I’ve always identified as straight. I’ve always been solely attracted to men even though they have put me through the wringer in the dating arena. Recently a couple of friends have been trying to set me up with women. I’ve been a little confused but politely have explained I’m not attracted to women. As this has progressed and they have gotten pushier I have pushed back. Recently they have explained they feel I have some internalized homophobia because it’s a fact that all women are bisexual. I told them I’m not I’m straight. They have sent me an article about a science experiment that somehow proves all women are bisexual and I’m just very confused how we reached this point. Like sure I can say a women is beautiful or attractive but that doesn’t mean I’m sexually or romantically attracted to a woman. It’s turned into a rather decent sized argument and by the way we are all in our mid to late twenties not high schoolers. But now everyone seems upset I’ve turned down dates with women.
