What are some good sources for (legal) free book access?

Hello all! It occurred to me that it would probably be useful to have a compendium of ways to get books, be they library sources, public domain repositories and other such things. Presently we have Project Gutenberg up there, but I'm sure there's more!
I was recently introduced to OverDrive which is a good app/service for e-books and audiobooks from libraries.
