Training/Graduating achievements

I'm having trouble tracking down completion for these two achievements. "Train a staff member to level 5 in each course-specific qualification" and "Have a student graduate in each course." Is there a way to check which ones I have and which ones I haven't? I went through each stage (which should cover every course except School of Thought and Money Wrangling?) and trained a teacher to level 5 but I'm still 15/17. And I'm 16/17 on students graduating.
Am I stuck just going through again, watching for a training a graduation in each subject?
