Should I move out or am I overreacting?

Post Body

I live with 3 other roommates but 2 of them are the landlords. 1 of them is about 50 years old, doesn’t work, and is always in the kitchen area. I’ve been living here for almost a year and it’s been okay but lately it’s been stressful. My 50 year old roommate is very controlling and by that I mean we can only wash on the day we are assigned except weekends, we aren’t allowed to have wifi on our phones since they already have internet, he constantly knocks on my door and calls me when I’m at work. He becomes passive aggressive when someone doesn’t agree with something he does. He is very talkative and when I go to the kitchen to cook he always needs to talk to me even on days I don’t feel like it. He also argues with his significant other in front of the other housemates, let me not forget to mention he won’t turn on the ac until 11 pm in the summer and turns it off at 7 am. Also he had a habit of coming in my room and turning off my power switches completely off without letting me know (I had to get a camera) and the cherry on top is he has become very vocal and passive aggressive about me having to work this summer considering I work at a school and it’s summer so kids are off. I’m in Southern California and I pay 700 for a room and bathroom but at this point I’m always at my tipping point. Am I overreacting or what would you do in this situation?
