Help with strange issue

Okay, "strange issue" might seem a bit exaggerated. However, I’ve been blocked by a few accounts for presumably being annoying, however, with each block, I suddenly feel bad for being too annoying for them. Is there anyway I can appeal it or apologize to them for my possibly annoying behavior because now they’ve blocked, it somehow resulted in me feeling regret for constantly annoying them when that wasn’t my intention (and yes, I’m being truthful about that).
