My Account Won't Follow Anyone

Long time account, never had a problem until the last couple of months. Randomly un-followed everyone and everything. I can redo it all, and it immediately un-follows everyone again. No response from @Twitter and @TwitterSupport. Tried multiple apps and in a browser. At a loss. Do I need to start a new account?
