Absolutely no accounts that are being followed appearing in search results?

Been happening for most part of year and half now..
Why is it on one account, every single person I follow’s name does not pop up in the search tab when I type them NO MATTER WHAT, but on another account their name’s show up after typing the first few letters as expected? This isn’t a shadow banning issue right? As they show up on the other account. Sick of it now, anybody had the same issue?
