Is it safe to assume TC 2023 will be in San Diego again?

They made a big deal of calling this twitchcon “TwitchCon San Diego” as opposed to TwitchCon North America. TwitchCon Europe is often being referred to as TwitchCon Europe, even when at the venue. This implies to me that they expect people to catch on that TwitchCon San Diego is a San Diego event.

This twitchcon is also the first to be held in the same location for two years consecutively, with San Diego having hosted TwitchCon a total of three times and being the only venue that’s hosted the event more than once.

This is also the first time in a very long while that they haven’t announced the next location in the closing ceremony. In their closing tweet, someone says “that is a wrap for TwitchCon San Diego 2022. See you next year” — this kind of reads to me as implying next year will also be in San Diego, as otherwise itd be referred to as North America/US. What do you all think?
