Has anyone got their Bob Ross painting?

This past Twitchcon in San Diego, I did one of the Bob Ross painting sessions on the show floor and was told by the team that they would mail it out 2-3 weeks after the show and it's already over 2 months and I have not got anything from them. Is there a way to contact the Bob Ross team about this?
