My friends that usually go to Twitchcon with me can't make this year, so I'm really debating on whether or not I should just go solo instead. I feel like it won't be as fun going solo. (My friends are mostly normies and I'm the only small Affiliate streamer in the friend group, but I love Twitch culture so much I want to go lol)
A friend of mine who also works at Twitch corporate gave me a personalized 30% discount code to Twitchcon so I'll be saving around ~$70 off on the 3-Day pass for $239 (so I'll only be paying $167 for the 3-day ticket) and she says the code is unique to my username only and is non-transferrable, so I'm thinking shoot now I have to go! haha
Has anyone here gone to Twitchcon by themselves and had a good time? I'd focus on spending as little money as possible if I'm going alone. Still debating whether or not it's worth it to take off work at my corporate office to enjoy Twitchcon solo.
