I'm getting the odd follow but I struggle with keeping viewers, any tips?

I've been constantly streaming for at least half a year now and I am struggling to keep more than 1-2 people per stream (I have about 80 follows, 30 are new as I've use to stream from this acc back in college). What can I do to have it that more people stay?
