Changes to Stream Tags

A change to Twitch's tags system has launched. Starting today:
Tags are completely customizable so you can describe your stream in your own words.
Twitch doubled the number of tags you can add to your stream - from 5 to 10 total.
Twitch also updated search so viewers can search for any tag and the streams using that tag will show up at the top of the results page.
